We are a private owned company based in Edinburgh and Fife. Established in 2020 firstly as a recruitment agency, we transitioned into a regulated service in November 2021. We are registered with the Care Inspectorate as a combined Care at Home and Support Service.

Our service exists to enable adults and the elderly living in their own homes and other accommodation facilities to live meaningful lives, exercising independence and choice for positive outcomes. We provide care and support at the time of day that people require to enable them to attend to their daily activities including day centers, work or appointments. We believe people's needs, abilities and choices are different, therefore we offer flexible person• centered services to meet individual needs.

The services we provide depends on people's needs and our ability to meet those appropriately considering the abilities and competency of the staff that we have available.

Before we commence support, we undertake a robust assessment of needs including the risks associated with meeting those needs. We will agree on the requirements and our capacity to meet them. We then come up with a detailed support plan that sets out what we have agreed with you and/or your representative. We aim for the best quality and acceptable services that give value for money. Our management team is qualified and competent in quality service delivery. We pride ourselves in our person-centred approach to care and support which is delivered by professional, competent and caring carers and support workers. Our rigorous recruitment and training processes ensure a high quality of service with a friendly and open-door policy that maintains Health and Social Care standards.

Our passion for enabling independence and choice is driven by our principle of working WITH rather than FOR the people who use our service.

We believe people are equal partners who can share power and knowledge. We use a co-production model that allows all our stakeholders to influence the way that our service is designed, commissioned and delivered.
